So senior citizens can't pick up the phone book because they put the business section in the yellow pages, and it's huge, but now senior citizens have to take their time calling to get a phone book. They should think about people who don't have computers."

You're too frail to lift and carry a copy of the yellow pages, and you don't own a computer. So what is it that you're doing with all of your precious time that you don't have a few moments to call and request a copy of the white pages? "The Price Is Right" is only on for one hour a day.
